Biography
Currently chair of the European Cultural Foundation. From 1994-1998 she was head of the cultural department of the City of Cologne. From 1967 - 1994 she worked for the Goethe Institut in Barcelona, New York and Amsterdam and at the central office in Munich and finally as founding director in Moscow. She has published various books on Dutch-German relations, covering all cultural sectors.
She gives workshops on cultural mangement, mainly in Siberia and in Latin America, she is lecturer also.
